Job Description

SchoolMint is adding a Salesforce Admin (SA) to its Revenue Team. SA will lead the ongoing maintenance and success of data architecture and technology stack within SchoolMint's sales & marketing team. A successful candidate will have a record of success of improving processes and optimizing technologies using Salesforce, HubSpot and other sales/marketing tools. This role will help drive strategic decisions on business process, data management, and overall systems infrastructure across the broader organization. This role will also be responsible for managing an associate that will support the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of all sales & marketing systems as well as the successful execution of demand generation and sales campaigns.

What You Will Do:

The Salesforce Admin will lead the ongoing maintenance and success of data architecture and technology stack within SchoolMint's sales & marketing team. A successful candidate will have a record of success of improving processes and optimizing technologies using Salesforce, HubSpot and other sales/marketing tools. This role will help drive strategic decisions on business process, data management, and overall systems infrastructure across the broader organization. This role will also be responsible for managing an associate that will support the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of all sales & marketing systems as well as the successful execution of demand generation and sales campaigns.

You will:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, Salesloft, and Docusign.
  • Handle administrative functions within the above systems related to user access, data management, reporting, automation, and integrations.
  • Work with the RevOps leadership team to establish efficient processes to support lead/pipeline generation, campaign execution, opportunity management, and closed won processes.
  • Complete regular internal system audits to prepare for upgrades, new integrations, and/or identify gaps.
  • Lead evaluation and implementation of new systems within the sales & marketing team.

About You:

Education and Preferred Certification(s)

  • BS in computer science or information systems
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, CPQ experience preferred
  • Any additional Designer, Developer, Architect & Consultant Certifications are a plus

Work Experience

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in a technology environment as a Salesforce Administrator
  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation of Salesforce platform and relevant integrations
  • 3-5 years of experience with systems analysis and design
  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role (team lead, etc.)

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design major architectural aspects of an application covering all areas of architectural domains (Application, middleware/services, data, infrastructure, and Cloud)
  • Self-motivated with strong sense of accountability, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively to attain results that meet the business needs
  • Strong understanding of network, computing infrastructure, software, and application development environments
  • Must have strong technical knowledge around CRM implementations like Salesforce, systems and data integration along with cloud enablement
  • Skills: Layouts and other UI config, Reports and Dashboards, Security and Access, Flows, data management
