They will lead teams in Salesforce marketing infrastructure deployment, integrations, and special projects, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support for UAT business stakeholders. This role will require the candidate to onsite for hybrid work model in Durham, NC day 1 to start.Candidates must be able to work directly with TSG's client on a W2 basis after the C2C contract phase has ended without visa sponsorship or visa transferSalesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Analyst RequirementsMinimum of 3+ years of RECENT experience with Salesforce Marketing CloudDeep understanding of Marketing Cloud ConnectAdvanced experience in develop and managing Automation StudioHands on experience with SOQL with the ability to join multiple objects in a queryExperience with form-building platforms such as Form Assembly to manage data collectionAbility to develop both technical and business requirementsStrong and effective communicationExperience using Jira for tracking.Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant is highly desiredSalesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Analyst ResponsibilitiesSupport of current Salesforce and complementary technology systems through day-to-day system maintenanceParticipates in recommendations to divisional leaders and business teams to help accelerate sustainable growth and effective use of global Salesforce technology systemsContributes to the documentation of the Salesforce marketing systems architecture and individual project documentationTriages incoming development requests evaluating for clarity, completeness of problem/objective statement, and complexity for determination of release suitabilityPromotes the adoption and utilization of the organization’s global Salesforce technology solutions by working with business teams to develop and deploy automations, journeys and workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement platformsParticipates in continuous improvement initiatives to meet and align changing divisional and business priorities including the elicitation of business requirementsGathers and disseminates critical information to platform users and business teams, participates in Quarterly Business Reviews and Salesforce Center of Expertise (COE)Leads and develops training sessions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem and complementary tools as well as driving demos and Proofs of Concept----Thanks n Regards,Nelson Sr Recruiter American Unit Inc.
