Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our client's dynamic team. As a Salesforce Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of Salesforce projects, from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role demands exceptional communication, leadership, and Salesforce expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of Salesforce projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams.
• Provide leadership, direction, and support to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience implementing/integration of Salesforce
