Salesforce Implementation Specialist

A growing company in the Glen Mills, PA area is looking for Salesforce Implementation Specialist to perform the configuration, customization, and day-to-day operations of B2B Salesforce CRM platform. Salesforce specialist would possess a high level of expertise and will focus on maximizing system efficiencies and better capitalizing on the features and benefits of Salesforce-based systems. You will also work closely with internal Marketing and Sales stakeholders.

Responsibilities of Salesforce Implementation Specialist:

  • Create and manage administration processes including, but not limited to: workflows, validation rules, approval processes, assignment rules, process builder flows. Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, flows, flow triggers, and email alerts.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the standard Salesforce capabilities.
  • Align and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, record distribution, security, queues, licenses, capacity, database and storage limit
  • Maintain data quality, supporting efforts including data loading, record de-duplication, and related tasks.
  • Drive operational improvements, including development, implementation and maintenance
  • Develop reports, dashboards, workflows and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Work with Salesforce Team to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the system to support additional business processes, workflows or functions.
