The US Patient Support Team at Client is looking for a strong BA to support their digital engagement platform for Patient Support (called patient hub, psp, etc). They are innovating additional ways to have digital conversation with patient and ACPs, across multiple channel (web, SMS, etc). Digital and/or process automation experience is very helpful as is Salesforce Healthcloud.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and drive the success of our digital engagement platform built on Salesforce HealthCloud. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts to analyze business requirements, enhance user experiences, and ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce HealthCloud for optimal digital engagement in the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, stakeholders, and end-users to understand their digital engagement needs.
    • Conduct detailed analysis to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  1. Salesforce HealthCloud Expertise:
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Salesforce HealthCloud and its capabilities.
    • Work closely with development teams to configure and customize HealthCloud for optimal digital patient engagement.
  1. Digital Patient Engagement:
  • Drive initiatives to enhance patient engagement through the digital platform.
    • Implement features and functionalities that improve the overall patient experience within the Salesforce HealthCloud environment.
  1. Data Management and Analysis:
  • Utilize HealthCloud data to analyze patient interactions, preferences, and engagement patterns.
    • Provide insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.
  1. Integration and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless interoperability between HealthCloud and other healthcare systems.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination between various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and IT teams.
  1. User Training and Support:
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
    • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing issues and optimizing platform usage.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in digital engagement strategies.
    • Propose and implement solutions to enhance the effectiveness of the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on digital engagement platforms, preferably built on Salesforce HealthCloud.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce HealthCloud functionalities and configurations.
  • Understanding of healthcare processes, patient engagement, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Salesforce certifications related to HealthCloud and Business Analysis are highly desirable
