Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in technology (product and engineering) and a minimum of 5+ years in Financial Services.
• 2+ years in FSC including the configuration of the FSC Platform
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Superbadge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional required.
• Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented.
• Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, flows, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop complex solutions using OOB capabilities of Salesforce platform.
• Master'sBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (engineering or computer science or engineering field

Responsibilities :

Should be able to deliver impactful, attractive, compelling solutions using Salesforce FSC Cloud OOB capabilities.

Lead and manage multiple Salesforce FSC projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, business requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support)

Meet with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, priorities, and expectations.

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging OOB FSC cloud capabilities.

Guide a team of junior developers and mentor them.

Strong background on Relational database concepts including SQL and data modeling

Hand on experience on FSC Cloud, Omnistudio, Flow builder, Flow Orchestrator.

Experience in large-scale implementation of FSC cloud, data model optimization.

Experience in building customer-facing dashboards and its integration with enterprise applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and solution owners to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions

Work closely with various teams (Business, Development, Infrastructure) to define and implement sophisticated, scalable and sustainable technical solutions using the Salesforce technologies, with a focus on adhering to industry standards, best practices and code quality techniques

Implement a process for continuous improvement, lower costs to serve and improving margins

Develop and deliver scalable solutions that can be applied to clients and the business People

Lead an extraordinary team of experienced engineering and delivery experts within technology, data and business intelligence

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
