As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for improving business processes and supporting efficient use of Salesforce. As a result, you will be able to support revenue growth and client retention for your company. You will work with stakeholders to identify areas where Salesforce can be leveraged to improve business processes and productivity.

Location: Remote (Must work in EST hours)

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have 9+yrs IT , 5+ years of relevant technical and business work experience in Salesforce.
  • Must have experience in Financial Service Domain. FSC certification is preferred.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and standard methodologies. Admin certification is plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using CRM tools or other data analysis software.
  • Effective communication and social skills to interact with diverse senior team members.
  • Project management experience with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with software development process (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills: CRM system certifications like Salesforce Administrator, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.

The annual salary for this position is between $50,000p.a. - $116,000p.a. depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
