The Expertise We’re Looking for
-
Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related discipline.
-
3 or more years of Salesforce system engineering/administration experience.

Salesforce Platform Developer 1 or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
The Skills You Bring

Demonstrated experience with building Salesforce.com solutions using standard configuration capabilities in Salesforce Lightning Experience

Professional on Salesforce declarative automation features like Lightning App Builder, Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules

Demonstrable experience with conditional logic, object model concepts, and SOQL
-
Proven understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Component capabilities

You’re a good communicator and have a real customer-centric mind-set.

You’re able to consult on process and design, then turn to hands on implementation

Strong analytical, engineering, problem solving and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and concepts.

Publishes clear and concise design documentation.

Participates in and contributes to formal reviews of solution design

Resolve technical issues associated with developed software components.

Personal willingness to learn additional skills as required to solution business requirements.

Enthusiasm to contribute as an agile team member and to complete tasks outside of primary discipline, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed for success of the team.
