Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a background in data engineering to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions while providing data engineering support. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, using your skills and experience to turn those requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields/relationships, rules, triggers, workflows, Apex code, and Visualforce pages.
  • Provide data engineering support, including data integration, migration, and analysis.
  • Maintain the security and integration of the Salesforce platform.
  • Work along with SF admin on release notes and prepare the environment for upcoming releases.
  • Create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide business insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into Salesforce.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular data validation and reconciliation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience with data engineering, including data integration, migration, and analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and database design.
  • Familiarity with Data Integration tools, such as Talend.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling best practices.
  • Experience with setting up and maintaining Salesforce Communities.
  • Ability to write Apex code, and create custom objects, workflows, and Visualforce pages.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I and II) are a plus.
