About the role:

The (SFDC) Product Owner will leverage their knowledge of to actively engage with our various business functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in crafting new capabilities within SFDC to enhance sales performance within our rapidly expanding and forward-thinking medical device Sales and Marketing organization. Serving as a Product Owner, you will specifically support the AF Solutions Franchise (AFS) with a dedicated focus on Electrophysiology (EP). This opportunity is available for remote work to candidates residing beyond a commutable distance from our Marlborough, MA, or Arden Hills/Maple Grove, MN offices. Candidates within a commutable distance to an office location will follow a hybrid schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Education, Operations, and Finance to identify problems, analyze relevant data, evaluate processes, prioritize business needs, and create SFDC solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a strategy and capability roadmap.
  • Establish business value and priority for requirements through rapid engagement, piloting, and iteration.
  • Understand the voice of business/users, comprehend business processes, and write User Stories through the intake process. Shepherd stories with the IT COE through the production development process.
  • Act as the product owner on a scrum team (consisting of technical leads, developers, and a scrum master), leading the team in gathering requirements, prioritization, and testing of new features.
  • Work with a field team to understand and prioritize the needs of IT and systems.
  • Collaborate with site/divisional IT-Business teams to ensure resource support (site-level Strat-plan, AOP - Annual Operating Plan, etc.).
  • Perform formal user acceptance testing and collaborate on the creation, implementation, and monitoring of success metrics.
  • Participate with the Business Programs Office in global design and use discussions, both project and program-level efforts.
  • Stay current on new features, functionality, and application capabilities of to address business requirements.
  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 user support in collaboration with the analyst team and escalate/manage unresolved issues.
  • Conduct primary research in the field to understand business drivers and uncover business opportunities, facilitating the planning and execution of SFDC.
  • Provide field sales support for the SFDC system specific to the business unit.
  • Train a national field team on new features, data quality, and new integrations. Work with cross-functional teams on app integrations with the Salesforce platform that complement the ecosystem.

What we're looking for:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business, operations, or process improvement (preferably in IT or sales).
  • 1+ years of administrative or backend experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working in the Agile Framework (preferably in a Product Owner role).
  • Experience with multiple cloud platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Communities, Service Cloud).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies:

  • MBA or other advanced degree in related field.
  • Salesforce Certification(s).
  • Six Sigma certification with proven experience leading successful process improvement projects.
  • Expert skills in Excel, advanced understanding of complex data structures and analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex business operations challenges.
  • Proficient in conducting cost/benefit analysis and developing compelling business cases.
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities to enhance business performance.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and commitment to execution.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels; sales training experience a plus.
  • Proven track record in influencing change within large matrix organizations.
  • Expertise in budget analysis and value definition.
  • Medical Device industry knowledge.
