Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Shared Ownership of large scale CI/CD strategy with platform product owners and technical leads
• Work to drive and enforce programmatic development standards
• Become a central hub of engineering knowledge within a large scale, multi-org Salesforce environment
• Help to drive best practices for apex, lightning web component and aura component development
• Have a deep understanding of working with Salesforce metadata
• Build and maintain deployment and testing automations with tools such as Azure DevOps, Gearset or Jenkins
• Manage numerous Git repositories in support of Salesforce and related Mobile applications
• Orchestrate a rotation of bi-weekly salesforce deployments across two large Salesforce orgs
• Assist managers and product owners with impactful metrics related to code quality, regression and unit test coverage and acceptance.
• Assist QA engineers with building testing pipelines by sharing expertise about the salesforce platforms

Desired qualifications

• Salesforce Platform App Builder and Developer 1 Certifications
• Experience in a large scale Salesforce implementation (> 1000 users) preferably with multiple production orgs
