Role: SalesForce DevOps ConsultantDuration: 18+ monthsLoction: Torrance, CAContract: W2 only, No Corp to Corp applicantsSeeking a Salesforce DevOps Lead with expertise in developing and overseeing a DevOps strategy tailored for Salesforce. This includes mastering source code management, establishing CI/CD frameworks, and automating Salesforce deployments with Copado.Duties:Proven leadership in implementing Salesforce DevOps strategies with a focus on Copado.Daily oversight of the DevOps release workflow for Salesforce, aiding developers with their release cycle.Strategic insight into our release procedures, with a focus on continuous process and automation improvements to enhance developer efficiency and punctuality.Commitment to simplifying and streamlining code delivery throughout the development lifecycle, offering long-term solutions and a comprehensive roadmap for process completion.Responsible for developing, advancing, and maintaining our CI/CD pipeline.Management of GIT repositories and deployment of software releases.Support for post-deployment tasks, including knowledge sharing, process documentation, and troubleshooting application issues.Collaboration with the team to maintain secure development, QA, user acceptance testing, and deployment environments.Serving as the central coordinator to oversee releases, updates, and urgent changes.Requirements:Copado certifications, preferred Consultant certificationMinimum 3 years in Salesforce administration or development, with a solid grasp of Copado CI/CD principles and enterprise-level integration.Proficiency in setting up CD/CI pipelines from the ground up using Copado and related technologies.Skilled in version control, branching strategies, and pipeline automation using Copado, Git, Jenkins, or similar tools.Experience in coordinating branching and merging strategies across development and QA teams.Competent in Salesforce configurations, user management, profiles, and permissions.
