Assignment Details
- Champion Agile development methodologies, ensuring efficient and iterative project delivery.
- Lead the recruitment process for new Salesforce development team members.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the team's skills and keep them up to date with Salesforce advancements.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Act as a liaison between the development team and upper management, providing insights and updates.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of new Salesforce tools and features to enhance development efficiency.
- Collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement scalable and future-proof solutions using the latest Salesforce technologies.
- Encourage and support experimentation with pilot projects to assess the viability and benefits of adopting new technologies.
Skills & Requirements
- Lead and manage the Salesforce development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
- Design and implement robust Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
- Customize and configure Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for performance and scalability.
- Manage and execute deployment processes, including sandbox and production deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain code quality.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability of the Salesforce environment.

- Provide technical leadership in evaluating and implementing third-party Salesforce apps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations and customizations.
- Stay informed about updates and releases in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and provide guidance on best practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II certification, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience with the configuration and custom development for several CRM modules in SFDC and integrating SFDC with multiple business
