Salesforce Developer, Mid

Key Role:

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet organizational needs. Enhance the functionality and features of a Salesforce Customer Relationship Management(CRM) platform, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and provides an efficient, user-friendly experience. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working and general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning
• Experience with Salesforce Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and integrations
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, functionalities, and Salesforce features to provide recommendations for process improvements
• Ability to design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with project managers and other developers to create scalable, efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Ability to manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
• Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and deployment guides
• Ability to conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Salesforce applications
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working with DoD agencies
• TS/SCI clearance
• Salesforce Developer Certification, including Platform Developer I or II, a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
