-Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business and client requirements and meet project objectives

-Collaborate with various internal departments, including data foundation, finance, marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

-Lead daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements

-Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

-Trusted Advisor for Product Owner and Offshore team for technical problem solving

-Ability articulate, conceptualize and share the technical solutions effectively

-Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of

appropriate communication behaviors

-Maintain a flexible and innovative work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully

-Directly contact clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances

-Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow

-Demonstrated flexibility to last-minute changes to the system design and architecture

-Ability to understand the needs & challenges of different businesses and industries to build solutions to solve at scale.

-Participate in team activities to have fun and build positive culture that promotes collaboration and innovation.

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field required, with 7+ years of experience in software engineering.

-Proficient with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visual Force, Salesforce Platform, Databases like Oracle, MYSQL

-Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ and CRM modules

-Experience with REST APIs, and, JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, jQuery, Backbone, etc.

-Experience with Salesforce deployment using tools like Copado

-Experience with CSS, AJAX, JSON, HTML, and/or MVC

-Use Salesforce APIs to integrate Salesforce with other tools and third-party applications

-Experience with deployment, continuous delivery, infrastructure management, software quality assurance (documentation, unit testing, test automation, security analysis, and code reviews).

-Understanding and consistent record using industry good practices and standards, Agile Methodologies and DevOps
