Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist, Sales Performance and AnalyticsBusiness Intelligence Consultant will be collaborating with our home office and field leaders to develop thoughtful solutions and insightful analysis into the work performed by the sales associates and leaders in Fidelity's Personal Investing Division. The Purpose of Your Role As a member of the team, you'll be contributing to the development of key performance indicators and performance metrics for our sales associates and leaders while empowering them with insights that can improve effectiveness and overall success. You'll bring together data from a variety of sources and transform it into meaningful information. You'll be working in a hands-on setting in our enterprise business intelligence environment to assess information for over 8000 Fidelity retail branch office and phone center representatives across the United States. The Expertise and Skills you bring A bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or business with 8-10 years of work experience as a data analytics consultant Highly skilled in redefining information into substantial metrics and key using Salesforce CRM Analytics in Salesforce Expertise in integrating Salesforce data and external data into Salesforce CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM using datasets, data recipes. Highly skilled with Salesforce LWC, Salesforce APIs, SAQL and SOQL Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using structured and unstructured data (ex: JSON) Skills in visualization design and dashboard development using BI tools such as Salesforce Analytics/Tableau CRM and Tableau Advanced Microsoft Office expertise particularly with Excel Understanding of data modeling concepts and working experience in data analytics using sophisticated data exploration skills to provide insights to business users. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize and interpret information. Problem solving skills with the ability to analyzing new information, draw conclusions and communicate ideas for the purposes of improving processes or developing new products. Experience in various business analysis methodologies. For example, data analysis, use case development, story writing, user acceptance testing and/or product documentation. You'll need to rapidly adjust to changing demands and priorities.The Value You Deliver Your work will advise leaders within the Personal Investing Division of the organization's sales execution performance and trends, as well as find opportunities for improvement. The analysis you perform will further explain trends or provide valuable insight into new opportunities to optimize the efficiency of our channels and overall effectiveness. Perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations. You'll become an expert in our sales data mart, which will aid you in information gathering, reporting, and assessing operational performance. Your expertise in business effectiveness will allow you to serve as a liaison to our development team to satisfy new and evolving business intelligence and reporting needs. You'll lead the design of new metrics for key business decisions. You'll work directly with internal business partners, leaders, analysts, and technical staff to translate complex information requirements into effective reporting solutions How Your Work Impacts the Organization As part of the Sales Performance and Analytics team within Fidelity's Personal Investing Division, you'll provide performance and operational insights for associates and leaders across the enterprise.
