Role Purpose
This role is within a high performing lean Salesforce development team, working closely with business applications leadership, businessdecision makers, and end users. This individual must have the ability to configure/ customize Salesforce to meet the business need. Theywill need to have a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including platform security, sharing models, apex, lightning webdevelopment, and integrations.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 Years of Salesforce experience.
  • Experienced in Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web development.
  • Experienced with version control and CI/CD release management.
  • Experienced working in agile/scrum development process.
  • Experienced in APEX triggers, classes, batch processes and test methods.
  • Experienced in REST API, SOAP API and platform events.
  • Platform Developer I certification preferred
  • Good communication skills, team player and a self-starter.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent in Computer Science or comparable

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
  • Oversee code reviews.
  • Manage CI/CD Release Management.
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce features and functionality.
  • Stay up to date with technology trends to ensure reference architecture.
