Job Summary

As the Salesforce Administrator/Developer, you will be responsible for the Salesforce development for the AMAROK Sales and Marketing team. This includes creating complex workflows and triggers, APEX development, complex validation rules, and Lightning Web Components. Your strong experience supporting a dynamic, highly performing, fast-growing Sales team on Sales Cloud along with a strong understanding of current best practices will significantly impact the functionality of the Sales and Marketing teams. If you have wider development experience with additional languages, integration, and other possible adjacent platforms, that is a significant plus. You will have the support of your team which includes the IT Salesforce Platform Administrator and your extended Salesforce team members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for all Sales Cloud and Service Cloud users, managing support calls in order of urgency, and escalating calls where needed.
  • Perform Salesforce Administration tasks including user and security management, data maintenance, dashboards, reports, fields, and page layouts.
  • Build and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards and other Salesforce objects and functions.
  • Execute requirements analysis and documentation with the business to create functional specifications.
  • Research Salesforce and related products as needed including selection, integration, delivery, and third level technical support.
  • Work with business groups to add new and optimize existing processes, workflows, and customizations as well as develop a deep understanding of company data and processes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, assist with test plans and scripts.
  • Perform system testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization support.
  • Salesforce experience in a complex, large or fast-growing enterprise.
  • Must have experience with Sales Cloud (Service Cloud a plus).
  • Must have development skills including SOQL, SOSL, & Apex Coding.
  • Must have some experience with Salesforce Integration; middleware-based experience a plus.
  • Must have excellent discipline around requirements, traceability, test planning, test execution, and quality in general.

Certifications

The ideal candidates will have the following required Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
