The Candidate will be responsible for supporting tactical day to day administration and operation of the Salesforce platform and related processes and workflows; as well as working with the user community on an ongoing basis to improve and enhance the Salesforce platform to support regional and field offices.

The Worker will be part of an initial implementation effort as well as post go-live support and future enhancement phases of the system.

The Worker needs to have a firm grasp of Salesforce implementation best practices to drive and foster greater Salesforce adoption and to improve internal customer experience on an ongoing basis.
