Salesforce Technical Solution Analyst
ARServices is seeking a Salesforce Technical Solution Analyst to assist in the transformation of a public sector client’s HR service delivery function into a world-class personnel organization. A significant milestone in the client's plan is to deliver an enhanced HR customer experience via a tiered shared service organization centered on a new Salesforce Lightning CRM system that is integrated with a Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Telephony system. ARServices is part of a team that serves as a key advisor to the client's leadership team assisting with technology, training, process design and service management.
Project Responsibilities:
• Perform analysis and diagnosis of client issues
• Assist in re-engineering business and system processes
• Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions
• Provide technical advisory services to other team members on the feasibility and the complexity of development required for new HR features and capabilities
• Independently perform tasks with some guidance to execute a portion of the project scope
Requirements
• Public Trust or Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Three (3) years of relevant experience with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and implementation of the Salesforce platform and product offerings to client.
• Ability to work independently at the mid-level
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience implementing Salesforce Lightning CRM and integrating it with other technology platforms
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
Desired Skills
• Ability to deal well with change and uncertainty
• Experience using Agile methodologies
• Experience with functional and User Acceptance Testing
• Experience developing training and documentation materials
• Experience with Contact Center Operations/Implementation experience in an HR engagement/assignment
