Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Salesforce Delivery Manager with expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading successful Salesforce projects, managing a team of architects, leads, and developers, and a deep understanding of Order to Cash, Order Management, and Lead Management processes.
This individual will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, enhance user experience, and contribute to overall business success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery of Salesforce implementations with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely and quality delivery of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance to the project team and stakeholders.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce architects, leads, and developers.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and professional development assessments.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations and customizations.
- Expertise in Order to Cash, Order Management, and Lead Management processes within Salesforce.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices.
- Implement and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and delivery.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of Order to Cash, Order Management, and Lead Management processes.
