Description of Work
Salesforce Data Analyst will ensure efficiency and scalability of our Salesforce reporting structures, utilize visualization tools and a variety of data sources to deliver solutions for members of the campus community. This position will collaborate with the Enterprise CRM team as well as CRM users to develop metrics, analyses, and visualizations to answer decision-making needs.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Associate's in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Social Science, or other quantitative field, and 3 years of professional experience as data analyst; equivalent education/experience considered. One year of significant experience creating data visualizations (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, R, Python, MATLAB , D3, or comparable). Experience with CRM or other relational databases. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in the accomplishment of a goal. Effective listening and communication skills. Ability to work independently showing initiative.Flexibility necessary for development of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Willingness and ability to work in a change-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree and professional experience as data analyst, in a higher education or technology related field. Experience with Salesforce/TargetX . Filter/query building experience in SQL or similar

Experience with Salesforce or TargetX. Higher Education experience. Experience working with and/or training end-users. Project management experience

Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required. Subject to DOT approved pre-employment & random testing for alcohol and controlled substances.
