Description

As a Salesforce CPQ Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Salesforce CPQ implementation projects. You will work closely with clients, business analysts, and developers to design and deliver robust CPQ solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, technical expertise in Salesforce platform customization, and a proven track record in architecting successful CPQ solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to CPQ processes and functionality.

  2. Design and architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with industry best practices.

  3. Lead technical discussions and decision-making processes during the project lifecycle.

  4. Provide expertise on Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing rules, and quoting processes.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to ensure successful implementation of CPQ solutions.

  6. Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for project teams and end-users.

  7. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

  8. Stay current with Salesforce CPQ releases, updates, and industry trends.

  9. Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce CPQ, providing guidance and support to project teams.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  2. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Certified Technical Architect certifications are highly preferred.

  3. Proven experience as a Technical Architect in Salesforce CPQ implementations.

  4. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

  5. Strong understanding of CPQ processes, pricing configurations, and quoting workflows.

  6. Experience with integrations between Salesforce CPQ and other systems.

  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  9. Ability to lead and mentor development teams.

  10. Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience is a plus.
