Role : Salesforce CPQ Engineer/Administrator
Location : Tampa, FL ( 3 Days Onsite)
VISA: Open

• Provide expert guidance on product modeling and CPQ best practices
• Develop and maintain technical product solutions within the CPQ environment
• Assess current business processes, pain points, and future requirements
• Articulate how Salesforce and CPQ can address gaps and optimize processes
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ, ensuring successful deployment and integration
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions
• Review and evaluate technology options for achieving business objectives
• Research and stay updated on emerging technologies for potential business application
• Develop strategies to leverage new technologies effectively
• Manage shifting priorities and promptly address issues with professionalism
• Handle troubleshooting and error definition for technical solutions
• Maintain data tables containing available product options for accurate configurations
• Provide technical support for CPQ product solutions, assisting users with inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and programmers to implement solutions
• Support QA/ UAT and obtain approval for changes in both test and production environments
• Provide expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams regarding business application tools and architecture
• Work with senior business leaders to understand use cases and translate them into technical approaches within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Evaluate new tool/ technologies and provide recommendations to IT leadership regarding their suitability for the organization
• Four (4) year degree, advanced degree preferred
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certified
• Salesforce Administrator certified
• 4+ years of experience on full lifecycle Salesforce CPQ project with strong implementation expertise
• 2+ years of salesforce experience including Sales cloud, Service cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues
• Salesforce Platform Developer experience preferred
• Experience in Revenue cloud is preferred
