We are looking for a knowledgeable Salesforce resource to support one of our clients with everything from user management to project delivery.

The candidate would be:

- Well versed in configuring Salesforce to meet client business. This includes at a minimum of having their Salesforce Admin Certification and demonstrating knowledge/experience to deliver across a variety of client needs.

- An excellent communicator in both listening to the client needs and communicating options, status, instructions back to the client.

- Capable of managing multiple client needs. This role will span everything from user/permission management to project delivery and will start with support cases or client conversations through design, development, testing, rollout and training support.

- A self-starter and self-motivated individual. You will NOT be a part of a large team with constant management. You need to make sure every day that you are delivering value to the client.

- Unafraid of challenging problems. This includes collaborating with senior solutions designer, thinking through options to resolve issues as well as learning and trying new capabilities within Salesforce.

- Be experienced with leveraging AppExchange solutions (ex. Conga Composer, FormAssembly, etc.)

Bonus (things we would really like but are not required):

- Additional certifications including Platform App Build, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant.

- Prior consulting experience, as an external consultant.

We are looking for a 1099 or B2B arrangement up front. Depending upon performance and ongoing need, this can convert to a permanent role.
