The Digital Business team at ASSA ABLOY is responsible for defining, designing and delivering a world-class digital experience to our internal stakeholders and customers. You will be challenged to bring fresh perspectives that allow us to continually exceed customer expectations in an ever-evolving digital landscape.We're currently seeking a Salesforce Change & Release Project Manager to help develop best in class CRM experiences for our Sales, Service and Marketing teams throughout the Americas leveraging the Salesforce platform.What you will do as Salesforce Change & Release Project Manager The Salesforce Change & Release Project Manager will facilitate program level processes and execution, drive continuous development, manages risks and escalates impediments. Collaborate with the Salesforce Product Manager(s) to ensure that the program has a healthy Product Backlog according to business value for the life of the project; communicate product backlog priorities Assist in communication and coordination with stakeholders and customers during feature-definition of the product and its delivery. Using JIRA, assist in the development of Epics, User Stories, Tasks and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions Leverage data to measure and monitor progress against commitments and provide transparency to project teamThe Skills & Experience we are looking for Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or a related field 10 years of experience championing organizational change initiatives preferred. 5 years of experience implementing Agile principles and practices in different cultures and environments preferred. Demonstrated experience in creating and deploying Salesforce solutions to a large enterprise Product orientation with a strong sense of ownership Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Detail orientation with strong analytical capabilities Ability to overcome ambiguity and deliver results Teamwork/collaboration mindset with the ability to work with stakeholders throughout the organizationWhat we offerWe're passionate about providing amazing opportunities and benefits, so that you can enjoy a lifelong career with us.
