The successful candidate will partner closely with our internal Business Technology group and global Support teams to maintain and enhance our customer support systems and tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can learn quickly, drive deliverables, and take pride in ensuring that the customer and analyst experience is kept at the forefront at all times. Salesforce Business System Analyst Pay and Benefits: Hourly pay: $50-$60/hr Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Austin, TX 78704, Atlanta GA 30326, Pleasanton, CA 94588 -Onsite) W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program 40 hours/week, 3 Month Assignment Salesforce Business System Analyst Responsibilities: Write and manage Customer Support requirements and user stories for prioritized roadmap initiatives. Identify opportunities for technology improvements that lead to best-in-class customer service. Document and track dependencies related to assigned projects. Ensure the delivery of business requirements documentation, user story readiness, backlog grooming & refinement, user acceptance testing, and functional documentation for assigned initiatives. Troubleshoot and triage reported system issues and work with business technology to drive viable solutions and facilitate resolution of issues. Work within a global team, spanning various time zones, and ensure excellent customer service. Salesforce Business System Analyst Qualifications: Undergraduate degree or equivalent in business or technology field. Basic Salesforce Certifications are preferred. Business or systems analysis experience. Jira & Confluence experience is a plus. Outstanding communication skills including written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal. Experience working with Jira or other bug-tracking systems is a plus. Technical Writing is preferred.
