Our client is seeking a Salesforce Business/Requirements Analyst to join their team in support of a federal program. This program involves the integration of Salesforce to improve customer experience. The Salesforce Business/Requirements Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, translating technical requirements, assessing currents processes against best practices, defining future processes, and acting as a liaison, communicating directly with the federal client.

- Bachelors Degree

- 6 + years of experience in business analysis and salesforce

- SalesForce Service Cloud Certified

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology

- Eligible for a security clearance (US Citizenship required)

- Excellent communication skills
