Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce BA to join the team of one of its Global clients in the Financial/Data Industry. This candidate will be working out of the client's Monterrey, MX location, and should have a great personality, and strong experience within Business Analysis & Salesforce.

- Specific responsibilities:

Liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Suggesting and leveraging future of Salesforce

Work requesting- schedule & plan work coordinating cross-functionally

Suggesting future innovation of Salesforce

Preferred:

- Local to Monterrey, Mexico

- Any experience with Sales process

Internal systems, Salesforce, sales performance pipeline

Stages and processes

- Any prior technical experience with Salesforce

Developer, etc.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT field of study

- 5+ of Business Analyst experience at least

Strong experience leveraging Salesforce as a BA

Need to be able to suggest future innovation

Must at least understand the technicalities of Salesforce

- Background working within Agile methodologies

- Strong experience gathering requirements & working with stakeholders

Business owners, development teams, testing teams
