POSITION SUMMARY

As a sales Operations/Salesforce Business Analyst for Sage Health you will play a significant role that supports revenue growth and member retention. This role will support the Sales and Marketing organization with the implementation and management of systems, identifying the areas where performance or processes can be improved, and helping to develop strategies to enhance productivity and access to accurate and timely data. You will also become a key point of contact between your business and external stakeholders, to aid in the implementation of feature enhancements, identifying deficiencies and bringing together the technical and business elements of a project. This individual will play a critical role in driving data-driven insights and supporting evidence-based decision-making across our organization. Role will provide first-line analytical support to the leadership team, sales organizations and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who is passionate about creating value through streamlined business processes and is dedicated to producing the highest quality results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create/maintain team and leadership reporting, dashboards, and presentations; using Salesforce, Excel, and/or third-party applications
  • Support sales personnel with processes and procedures, including Ongoing Training and Support
  • Support sales personnel with telephony and computing needs
  • Aid the data validation and reconciliation of monthly incentive program
  • Aid with new hire sales training when needed
  • Maintenance/monitoring/enforcement of sales KPI metrics and dashboards
  • Assist in testing new Salesforce functionality
  • Assist in the management, administration, and calculation of the sales commission plans
  • Assist in training of new users and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Assist sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection
  • Assist sales team in compliance with sales processes and policy execution
  • Ad-hoc requests as needed, such as forecasts, executive presentations, and board reporting
  • Partner/lead with administering/documentation/training of sales suite systems, with an emphasis in SFDC, Telephony/CTI and Athena/EMR
  • Assist with annual review of compensation plans
  • Participate in sales planning and forecasting processes
  • Special assignments/projects as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Strong computer skills/aptitudes in applications including, but not limited to Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook proficiency; with Advanced Excel skills
  • Salesforce proficiency; Salesforce power user/super user experience, certifications a +

  • Project coordination experience a +
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of telephony and computing
  • Sales Operations or Call Center support experience
  • Prior experience working with or supporting sales professionals
  • Strong interpersonal & multi-tasking skills with the ability to work independently
  • Must be detailed oriented with strong, clear, and concise written and communication
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, "start-up" work environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum experience 3+ Years as a Salesforce Power User/Business Analyst
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Desire to learn new systems and technologies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working in value-based healthcare setting preferred
  • Ability to primarily work remotely
  • Ability to occasionally travel in support of special company events such as: offsites, new hire orientations, command center operations, center openings, etc.
