Salesforce Business Analyst will be joining our Business Application Transformation team that supports the transition to the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will help identify business value that can be attained within the Salesforce platform. You will be expected to capture, understand, and explain business process details in order to achieve a shared understanding between the business, product, and technical teams for a successful delivery of MVP. The successful candidate has in-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, mainly Salesforce, along with an extensive background in business analytics and customer relationship management.

This position will be filled to work Remotely within the U.S.

In order to be considered, Salesforce certification will need to be uploaded with the resume.

The target salary range for this position is $68,850 - $130,000, based on location and experience.

What you'll be responsible for:

Leading requirement gathering sessions with internal/external Salesforce stakeholders.

Working closely with the Solution Architecture (SA) team to create functional design documentation and User Stories.

Working closely with Agile and SCRUM teams to refine backlogs, design optimal solutions, and participate in the quality control process associated with development.

Serving as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities. Assisting the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.

Creating business requirements and system documentation, as well as contributing to end-user and project management documentation.

May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst working within the CRM ecosystem writing user stories in a standardized format.

Experience leading requirement gathering sessions with internal/external Salesforce stakeholders.

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst writing test scripts and bugs in a standardized format and creating process maps (current and future state).

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce (Sales, Service, and/or Experience Cloud).

Valid, unexpired Salesforce certification must be attached to the application. (SF “Associate” certification is not accepted; any other SF certification is accepted.) Certification must be uploaded in the documents section.

A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment at all levels including stakeholder management, with a considerate ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision.

Excellent communication, follow through, and people skills.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.

Ability to develop deep business and application domain knowledge for an assigned workstream to aid in critically evaluating the balance of both business needs and user requests.

Ability to travel up to 5% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
