Lucas Group has partnered with a leading financial planning and investment management firm in their search for a Business Applications Analyst. What You Will Do:

  • Work directly with financial advisors to learn and understand business operations and processes and be able to document process flows, identify needs and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.
  • Provide guidance on the selection of new software and act as liaison between advisors, development consultants and IT Director.
  • Manage user management permissions, licensing roles, security, MFA within Salesforce

Skills Needed:

  • One year of Salesforce Administration or two years as Salesforce Superuser
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience in financial industry is a plus

Educational & Work Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years in business analysis with 1 year in Salesforce
