Your future duties and responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce implementation and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and design solutions that align with best practices and Salesforce capabilities.
- Participate in the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce tools and features.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and areas for continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to provide meaningful information to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure smooth integration between Salesforce and other systems
Experience in running large Salesforce projects in Agile framework. Sprints, Scrums, Product backlog, PI etc..and also in Waterfall methodology
Good experience in executing projects in SDLC methodologies and documentation.
Experience in using Jira and Jira Aline tools
Change management with Agile methods.
Experience in addressing and resolving project risks, roadblocks, and obstacles while securing resources effectively.
Has experience in oversee multiple projects across all phases of development. Using Microsoft project and working with customers, developers, QA and validation team during UAT and go-live.
Has experience in Monitor project workflow and make necessary adjustments. Collaborate with development team and others project stakeholder to plan project sprints.
Need to have leadership skills to lead and motivate the team. Resolve personality conflicts and boost the team spirit.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst in the life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Business Analyst are a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $84,000 - $161,600.
