Project description

Needs to support the product launch timeframe with QA testing in Salesforce Field Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Mobile, ensuring all testing is done on schedule. Salesforce troubleshooting, pilot support, drafting of test cases, and user training are potentially required.

Responsibilities/Job Description

The QA tester should be specialized in defining, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Analysis of business performance processes using Salesforce solutions.

Provide application support by analyzing defects, replicating defects, and providing root cause analysis.

Ability to identify issues, and design solutions to improve the overall quality assurance.

Collaboration with development teams and product owners to identify and address defects is essential.

The ability to analyze test results, ensure existing feature functionality, and recommend corrective actions is also crucial for this role.

Position Must Have

3 to 5 years of experience in a Salesforce administrator or functional role.

Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and out-of-the-box features.

Prior experience with Salesforce, particularly with Field Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile.

Hands-on design and development of business logic using Lighting Flows, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Page Layouts, Record Types, Validation Rules, etc.

Familiar with use cases that require Apex code, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components and Integrations.

Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Positions Nice to Have

Prior experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is desired.

Salesforce Certified Administrator is preferred.

Knowledge of best practices around Salesforce declarative platform configuration.

Education: Bachelors Degree

Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator
