HTC is looking to expand our Healthcare team! Are you an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with either Marketing Cloud or Health Cloud with a demonstrated background in healthcare? Join us!

Description of Products and Services:

  • Develop and map business processes across all programs; update process maps as changes are made and work with workflow.
  • Perform requirement analysis and gathers requirements as per business process and IT processes
  • Collaborates, advises and supports the Salesforce teams to understand the Salesforce development/functionality as it relates to the healthcare business processes.
  • Create functionality for all testing phases and smoke testing when there are other major deployments. Develops testing plans and requirements to ensure all development and functionality of Salesforce is working as intended.
  • Completes testing for Integrated Health business requirements in Salesforce UAT, Training and Production environments, and engages business team in testing as appropriate.
  • Creates JIRA tickets to support business/IT needs and to report errors or issues discovered during testing or when the deployments of other departments impact the Salesforce applications
  • Follows JIRA tickets and communicates to the business/IT about the resolution, providing guidance to the team so that functionality works as intended.
  • Identify system changes that impact procedures, creating procedure update tickets and supporting the update process.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of business analyst functions.
  • Strong knowledge in healthcare.
  • Experience and understanding of health insurance member journey is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in healthcare marketing, customer service, appeals is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in SalesForce and knowledge in Health Cloud/Marketing Cloud would be a value add.
  • Process improvement knowledge and abilities.
  • Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively - written, oral and presentation skills.
  • Organizational abilities: the ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and priorities and be dependable.
  • Interpersonal skills: lead teams and participate effectively in a team situation.
  • Knowledge of the following: Jira, Azure, Scrum.
