Pay Range: $70,100.00 - $105,200.00

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance business processes, support company growth, and improve user experiences. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs, articulate requirements, and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.
  • Translate business objectives into technical requirements and assist in prioritizing enhancements, bug fixes, and system improvements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to validate requirements and gain consensus on solutions.
  • Quickly and proactively identify and resolve issues and independently conduct root cause analysis
  • Lead optimization and maintenance of the Clinical Learning Salesforce platform
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to resolve technically complex problems, validate expected outcomes with stakeholders
  • Balance competing priorities in order to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
  • Exhibit a strong drive to achieve business results through leading small to large projects and implementing enhancements
  • Collaborate with internal and 3rd party service providers and consultants
  • Build and execute test cases aligned with business objectives; document test results and obtain stakeholder approval for system enhancements

User Training and Support:

  • Develop and provide Salesforce training to end-users.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, related systems, and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Reporting and Data Management:

  • Develop and manage customized reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting regular data audits and clean-up activities.

Job Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience
  • Familiar with Project Management, Change Management Strategies (ADKAR), Incident Management and System Development Lifecycles
  • Must have Experience with Salesforce Lightning and familiarity with Salesforce integrations
    • Salesforce BSA or Admin certification a plus
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to develop creative solutions.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Works primarily from home within the continental United States and is available to travel to meetings as required
