Position: Salesforce BSA

Location: Westchester, IL - Hybrid

Duration: 12 Months

• The Salesforce BSA’s will be responsible for requirements management, customer management, and acceptance criteria definitions. We are looking for Sales/Service Cloud experience that can do integrations but not necessarily an architect.
• There will be high priority on user story creation experience.
• Business initiatives:
• Day to Day: Help guide businesses to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. They will elicit, document, and analyze around business challenges, and then produce data driven solutions.
