Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Billing Business Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in the optimization and enhancement of our Salesforce Billing platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and drive the implementation of effective solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.

  • Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes related to billing and invoicing, identifying areas for improvement, efficiency enhancement, and automation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for Salesforce Billing system enhancements and configurations.
  • Solution Design: Design and propose innovative solutions that leverage Salesforce Billing capabilities to address complex business challenges and achieve process improvements.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce Billing modules to ensure they meet business requirements while adhering to best practices and standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, including developers and administrators, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide the implementation process.
  • Testing and Validation: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system configurations, ensuring accuracy, stability, and alignment with business needs.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training to end users on new system features, processes, and functionalities. Offer ongoing support and address user inquiries and issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and Salesforce Billing updates. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Project Management: Lead or contribute to projects related to Salesforce Billing enhancements, ensuring successful project delivery within established timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices to foster skill development and team growth.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Billing configuration, customization, and implementation.
  • Extensive knowledge of billing processes, revenue recognition, and subscription management.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Billing certifications are strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead and contribute to projects of varying complexity.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members is desirable.
