Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce BA/ Scrum Master to sit hybrid in Purchase NY, Chicago IL, or Dallas TX for a large food and beverage client. They will be joining a team of 8 salesforce service cloud admins/ developers and a product owner. This Delivery Manager will be responsible for the Global Consumer Experience Salesforce Service Cloud system accessed by 300+ associates who create over 1 Million consumer cases per year. This role will be spent leading daily stand-ups and managing end-to-end sprint process for the team of 8 Salesforce developers/administrators. The manager will be acting as the IT liaison for all aspects of Salesforce development and support for Global Consumer Experience team. They will work between the Product Owner and development team to refine user stories and translate business needs into technical requirements. The ideal candidate in this role will need to understand functional requirements, performs analysis, research options and gathers additional details as needed to synthesize into technical requirements for development. They will perform and / or coordinate code reviews and user acceptance testing. This manager will perform validation before handing off work for user acceptance testing. Some of their time will be spent serving as a point of contact for day-to-day support for Consumer Experience Salesforce Service Cloud users. They will answer questions; help with access and usage requests and needs; identifies issues and works with the appropriate parties on remediation.
Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of recent experience as a Salesforce Solution Delivery Manager / Scrum Master
- 5+ years of salesforce experience with a MINIMUM of 2 years in salesforce service cloud
- Strong recent agile experience and familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Background as a salesforce service cloud admin/ developer
