JOB DESCRIPTION
- Architect must design, develop, and articulate solutions based on business and technical requirements of Netacad.com.
- The candidate will work with a variety of people (Product owners, technical peers and business partners, onsite and offshore developers) to ensure that maximum value is delivered to the project.
- The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle of the software development environment.
- The candidate must possess excellent communication, analytical and time management skills.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Applied knowledge of SFDC and CRM processes including Sales, Services and Marketing functions.
- Data modeling, data migration and both API and user interface development principles.
- Ensure timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding SLAs
- Excellent verbal and written communication to technical audiences, non-technical audiences, and senior management.
- Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives.
- Work with business partners to identify the business needs and define the business & technical solution architectures to fulfill the business requirements.
- Integration and end to end system testing and performance tuning of application & documenting the same.
- Solution Architect experience on implementation projects using Agile and Iterative approach
- Force.com platform experience, including the limitation of the platform (e.g. governor limits)
- Strong relationship management skills.
