We are currently seeking a highly driven Salesforce Architect to join our Sales Operations team. Performance Objectives

  • Provide strategic design for Salesforce Revenue Operations and System integration, supporting approximately 700 users (200 sales)
  • Partner with Sales, Support and Marketing Ops Leadership to identify, prioritize and execute strategic roadmap of systems enhancements to drive scalability in the business.
  • Design Salesforce and related systems for Sales, Support and Marketing
  • Optimize CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) configuration.
  • Act as release manager overseeing change management of systems
  • Develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into our data, leveraging Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.
  • Work closely with Integration Team to integrate Salesforce for businesses recently acquired through M&A.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and design solutions to streamline or automate them.
  • Develop prototypes to optimize the Revenue Operations processes
  • Work closely with Sales & Data Integrity team to develop processes and controls to keep the database clean with accurate prospect and customer data.
  • Work with the business owners to review implementation requirements on new tools (AppExchange, 3rd party vendors).

Competitive Candidate Profile

  • At least 3+ years working with
    • Sales Cloud leveraging Workflows, Process Builders and Flows
    • Salesforce CPQ
    • Tableau or Tableau CRM
  • 3+ years of Sales Operations experience, preferably working on multiple Salesforce instances in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible to review the release notes and assess the impact of our orgs.
  • Oversee system integrations with Service, Sales, and Marketing technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects.
  • Self-starter with track record of creativity and innovation; not afraid to “chase down” answers.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university

Nice To Have

  • Salesforce Advanced certifications (CPQ, Tableau CRM)
  • Familiarity with Pardot, Docusign/Conga, Salesforce Communities (external facing apps), Salesforce Billing, Intacct, CaptivateIQ
  • Familiarity with Change Management tools like Copado, Flowsum, Gearset
