Candidate Technical and skills profile: Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:
This will be a hands-on architect; Willing to jump into solution; **
Leading ll phases of project; Month to month release:
Moving cutting tech into salesforce
Working with developers to follow design practice.
End to End architecture in relation to Salesforce.
Support the production in a leadership space.
Support deployments (Cover and Guide)
Guiding team with hands on functionality
Leads the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions across multiple product lines.
Directs and consults on all phases of software engineering life cycle and troubleshoots technical problems as needed using agile methods.
Leads complex problem solving and resolves workflow problems through automation optimization.
Monitors security technology trends and ensures the adaptability of techniques to various system architectures. Encourages sound technology choices are made and drive innovative technology architecture and solution design.
Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.

10+ Years Experience:
· Application Design, Architecture – Knowledge of application design activities, tools and techniques; ability to utilize these to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
· Coaching Others – Knowledge of coaching concepts and methods; ability to encourage, motivate, and guide individuals or teams in learning and improving effectiveness.
· Design Thinking – Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and processes of design thinking; ability to utilize the knowledge in designing new products and services and even improving organizational operation.
· IT Environment – Knowledge of an organization's IT purposes, activities and standards; ability to create an effective IT environment for business operations.
· Problem Solving – Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
· Software Process Improvement (SPI) – Knowledge of formal software process improvement disciplines, and ability to assess and improve the quality and operating costs associated with an existing application.
· System Development Life Cycle – Knowledge of project management techniques and the ability to plan, design, develop, test, implement and maintain system development life cycle segments and phases.
· Technical Troubleshooting – Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
· Salesforce in relation to API
