Job Summary
Our company is seeking an additional Salesforce & Systems administrator to join our team. The Salesforce & Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the stability, efficiency, and security of our Salesforce and other systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to manage the day-to-day operation of the Salesforce system, and other systems integrated with Salesforce.

Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administration of Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce ecosystems, ensuring that the system is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Support the organizations' operational IT and software
- Provide user support and training in Salesforce and other integrated systems
- Perform rigorous testing on all updates in sandbox and ensure they are production ready
- Maintain clean data, and suggest data quality improvements.
- Handling and supporting system security, data backups, and data recovery in a timely manner.
- Creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports as per business requirements.
- Set up automation workflows for sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and determine effective resolutions.
- Working with other departments to ensure integrated systems are functioning properly.
- Regular system maintenance, upgrades, testing, and documentation.
- Assist in defining and executing data migrations between Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Ability to identify and drive system efficiency improvements across the organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or related field
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred)
- Experience managing large scale Salesforce implementations and managing multiple Salesforce orgs
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience with data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting through Salesforce tools
- Strong understanding of data management concepts and integrations
- Have a track record of delivering high-quality results on time, within budget
- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices in user management, security, reporting, and deployment
- Experience in administering APIs with complex integration
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
