Description

We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Managerto assist Operations and Sales leadership to continuously evolve and drive operational excellence for our organization, including shared goals with Marketing as needed. This person's primary focus will be:

  1. Management of our shared database (Salesforce) and marketing automation tool (Pardot). This includes partnering with our Sales and Marketing teams to implement and manage business processes, systems, tools, analysis, and reporting to meet organizational goals and initiatives. You will provide valuable business insights for Sales and Marketing by ensuring that systems supporting our prospective and existing client companies' lifecycle are consistently optimized to support our goals.
  2. Revenue Collections and billing for our fast-growing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Tracking and Development (Salesforce):
    • Administer day to day operations of Salesforce and Pardot, serving as the point of contact for
      maintenance, configuration, reporting and training
      • User account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
      • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
      • Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
      • Complete regular internal system audits
    • Own the creation and delivery of reporting and dashboards to leadership on Sales, Marketing, and Client Success Health
    • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Operations teams as relevant.
  • Collections:
    • Handle collections for unpaid invoices including working with sales team to manage client payment issues
    • Submit and track accounting requests for invoices / billing
    • Invoice tracking and reconciliation against signed deals
    • Work with accounting team for revenue recognition and credit reconciliation
    • Research billing discrepancies and quickly address any issues delaying the billing process
    • Prepare/maintain various spreadsheets for reporting purposes
