Robert Half Technology has an exciting opportunity for a entry level Salesforce Administrator who is proficient at and enjoys solving problems involving multiple layers of complexity. The entry level Salesforce Administrator will engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes and user needs from business systems. The entry level Salesforce Administrator will drill into the details to analyze complex processes and translate them into business and functional requirements in Salesforce. The entry level Salesforce Administrator role is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity located in the Portland, OR area.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Day-to-day management of Salesforce

- Creating reports and dashboards as needed

- User administration (Onboarding and Terminations)

- Work with Ops Managers and Stakeholders to support, maintain and improve business systems and/or processes

- Utilize the appropriate automation -- workflow rules, process builders, or flows -- for needed functionality
