Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator is an essential member of the Sales Operations function, who will join a team dedicated to ensuring that we are maximizing the efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of Salesforce based on the needs of the business. This position will maintain system governance and data integrity, enhance user experience, and build new functionality within Salesforce Lightning.

JOB DUTIES

• Set up new users & maintain existing users
• Manage role hierarchy, page layouts, and permissions
• Create reports & dashboards
• Maintain governance and data integrity within Salesforce
• Develop console views, new page layouts, & flow automations
• Data cleanup, reconciliation & maintenance

YOU MUST HAVE:

• An Associate's degree
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited College or University
