Job Summary:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining the Salesforce platform to meet the organization's needs. He /she has to remain current with the ever-changing Salesforce landscape and maintain a detailed understanding of the company's business processes. Work closely with the business leaders/stakeholders to identify and expand Salesforce usage and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
User Management:

* Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions.
* Provide user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Customization and Configuration:

* Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to align with business processes.
* Create and maintain custom objects, workflows, and process automation.
* Respond to the user requests and assist with developing solutions to address business needs

Data Management:

* Import, export, and maintain data using data loaders or other tools.
* Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency through data cleansing and validation.
* Routine maintenance and data cleanup activities to maximize performance and minimize data loss or corruption

Integration:

* Integrate Salesforce with other systems, such as marketing automation tools or ERP systems.
* Monitor data flows and troubleshoot integration issues.

Security and Compliance:

* Implement and enforce security policies and data access controls.
* Stay updated on Salesforce security best practices and compliance regulations.

User Training and Documentation:

* Provide training to new users and create documentation and guides.

Automation:

* Develop and maintain automation processes using tools like Process Builder and Flow.

Collaboration:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
* Work with Salesforce developers or consultants when necessary.

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years of experience administering Salesforce and innovating or scaling in a similar, fast-based environment
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, computer science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
* Salesforce certifications required:
* Certified Administrator
* Certified Advanced Administrator
* Certified Platform App Builder
* Strong understanding of Salesforce features and capabilities.
* Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and data management.
* Experience in training and process documentation
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of Salesforce best practices

Optional/Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
* Experience with Selenium
* Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce (Salesforce development languages).
* Experience with third-party Salesforce apps and integrations.
* Project management skills for larger Salesforce projects.
