Position Purpose:
The Salesforce Administrator II supports the intended audience and business purpose for assigned projects and will be responsible for overall administration and maintenance within the Salesforce ecosystem with the purpose of encouraging outstanding customer service. This position will work closely with business and data analysts as well as other team members throughout the company to develop integral solutions to streamline business processes and enhance decision making.

This position will be responsible for all solutions within Salesforce. This will involve, but is not limited to, meeting with key stakeholders, analyzing project objectives, building reports and dashboards, creating workflows, maintaining user roles and permission sets, managing 3rd party integrations, end user training, and troubleshooting application errors.

Beyond Salesforce, this position will also work with the UDAP platform for optimizing and analyzing data for integrations and advancing business objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
Continuously learn, share and implement improvements in all processes and responsibilities as needed to enhance effectiveness of providing world class service and support.
Acts as subject matter expert and support resource for new and existing users.
Manage discovery and requirement sessions with stakeholders, create process flow diagrams, organize UAT and perform end user training.
Maintains data quality through ongoing data analysis, de-duplication, and identifies process improvements that contribute to improved data quality.
Adhere to best practices and standards within the Salesforce platform.
Recommend ways to use Salesforce to improve processes and productivity in a rapidly growing company.
Troubleshoot problems while maintaining data accuracy and integrity to ensure continuous operations.
Perform administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, validation rules, workflows, building custom report types, maintaining permission sets, managing data security and other routine tasks.
Assist in training of new users and growth of SFDC skills in the company.
Participate in the architecture and implementation of interoperable middleware components, data models, and interfaces for integration of software applications and databases.
Work with external vendors on select projects.
Manage sandboxes across the org.
Maintain and test database backups.
Coordinate, cross-train and work with others in the information technology team.
Manage project issues, priorities, escalation of issues, and resolution.
Develop documentation throughout the software life cycle.
Ensure the protection and non-disclosure of TEL's intellectual property to third parties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2+ years of administration experience with the Salesforce platform.
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience in the following is a plus, but not required:
SQL, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, Salesforce communities, Python, C#, .NET Core, Domo (UDAP), Azure functions, Azure Web Services, Azure SQL Services, Angular, responsive website development.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and products (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
In-depth understanding of program requirements as well as an exceptional attention to detail.
Exceptional time management, project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, under consultative direction only, and in a team environment.
Ability to socialize ideas and influence decisions without direct authority.
Collaborative, customer service-oriented personality, with a strong desire to dig in and learn independently.
Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
Excellent troubleshooting, reasoning, design, and risk assessment skills.
Proven ability to present ideas effectively to both individuals and groups.
Highly developed analysis and problem-solving skills.
Focus on usability with an emphasis on streamlined user experience.
Work independently and cooperate with others to achieve results.
Wage:
$70,000 to $90,000K based on experience.
