Summary:

The Salesforce Administrator/Developer is responsible for the overall design, development, implementation, and support of the Salesforce environment. The Salesforce Administrator/Developer will work with all departments to elicit requirements and to identify opportunities for process improvements. The right candidate is a change agent with the ability to drive success, from ideation to execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Administration and development of the Salesforce platform (users, security, approvals, flows, pages, experiences, etc.)

* Work with the Business Unit leaders to prioritize, develop and implement solutions

* Recommend, test and implement Salesforce add-ons, plug-ins and connectors

* Identify areas of process improvements and build automated solutions to increase efficiency & productivity

* Apply repeatable design patterns, best practices and development frameworks and techniques.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

* Excellent communication skills to interact with all project stakeholders including all levels of users and senior management

* Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks

* Effective planning, prioritizing, goal-setting skills

* Ability to operate at highly varying levels of abstraction including business strategy, product strategy, technical design, and implementation

* Strong personal interest in digital technology and awareness of industry standards or best-known methods

* Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and business meetings effectively.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, Software engineering, Information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

* 2+ years of experience in a Salesforce Development role with cross functional experience, including sales, marketing, and operations

* Willingness to learn, listen and teach

* Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

* Hands-on and in-depth expertise in configuration and custom development in Salesforce Lightning

* Certified Salesforce Administrator a must, Platform App Builder, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant certifications a plus

* Bilingual (Spanish and English)
