Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the processes, tools, and technologies that support the Sales team to grow revenues for the company. These tools include Salesforce (CRM) software, DocuSign contract software, digital virtual presentation platform, email engagement platforms and others.

In this role, you’ll be required to have Salesforce experience and an understanding of complicated business processes and provide problem solving solutions through technology.

Job duties:

  • Configure Salesforce functions including custom objects, custom settings, profiles, roles, permission sets, Lightning Flow, validation rules, workflows, process builder, managed packages, reports & dashboards

  • Build dashboards via Salesforce and BI tools to provide insights on critical metrics

  • Work closely with business leaders to review sales operational processes and identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation

  • Identify education, development and tooling needs for the Sales team

  • Create and maintain detailed reports & dashboards, deployment and training documents to improve sales efficiency on team management and supporting sales growth

  • Manage data cleanliness and accuracy using Data Loader

  • Monitor and troubleshoot reported issues, resolving or escalating issues as they come in

  • Serve as subject matter expert for CRM and other integrated tools

  • Other duties as assigned by sales leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a strategic and analytical capacity

  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and sales tools that drive productivity

  • Salesforce certification highly desired

  • You have the ability to identify necessary sales process improvements and motivate change

  • You are organized and can manage project timelines

  • You have a growth mindset and are a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • You have excellent collaboration skills working with multiple departments and individuals to reach common solutions that serve revenue growth

  • You are inquisitive and challenge the effectiveness of current processes and procedures

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher
